  • Being vulnerable can be uncomfortable and anxiety inducing. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment so that we can work through your areas of growth.

  • My goal is to help you feel less “stuck”. You may hear me ask, “can I offer a different perspective?”, “can I push you a little bit?”, “is it okay if I challenge that thought?”.

    By asking these challenging questions, I hope to help model how you can challenge your thoughts that may be causing some distress.

    You are always free to say “no” or “not today” to these questions!
